We emailed a purchase order for McFadden formula products on February 16, 2010. The order was not acknowledged nor was a credit application sent to us though both were said to be the process of an order. We are unable to get this order filled by Seagrave. They do not answer phone, do not respond to voicemail, fax nor email. I have tried the CEO, receptionist, chemist all without response.
